  • Matilda stepped in to replace Tine Thing Helseth with the Manchester Camerata on 5th March for a concert at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester celebrating International Women's Day. She performed Deborah Pritchard's Seven Halts on the Somme Concerto under the baton of Jessica Cottis

  •  Matilda won the inaugural Eric Aubier International Trumpet Competition in Rouen, France on 28th October 2017. She won First Prize in the Master Category, beating 53 other contestants, and will return to Rouen in the next season to perform a concerto with the Opera Orchestra of Rouen
